Rowlinsons Solicitors are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards at the British Conveyancing Awards 2024 in the categories of ‘Conveyancing Firm of The Year North’ and ‘Conveyancing Collaborators of the Year’.
The British Conveyancing Awards highlight achievement and recognise all round excellence in the conveyancing sector, with this year’s ceremony being hosted by comedian and television personality Paul Sinha. The awards will once again take place during National Conveyancing Week, a week designed to educate the wider property community about the increasing complexity of transactions and the changing role of conveyancers.
‘Conveyancing Collaborators of the Year’ is a new award which was a joint submission with our partners, Property Legal Solutions (PLS) who provide outsourced enquiry handling, funds collection and search ordering for Rowlinsons. The award is judged on how effective the collaboration can improve the client experience and reduce transaction times.
The awards ceremony is only weeks away on 12th March and will be a black-tie event at the prestigious 8 Northumberland Avenue, London.
