Rowlinsons Solicitors has once again successfully retained their Lexcel Accreditation – The Law Society’s Practice Management Standard. Following a comprehensive audit, the Lexcel assessor commended the firm on having 17 areas of good practice, which go above and beyond the required standard.
The assessor’s report particularly noted the success of the firm’s conveyancing app and continued investment in cyber security:
“The Rowlinsons Conveyancing App continues to bring benefits to clients enabling them to communicate quickly and efficiently via the App as well as complete and sign forms through it.
The firm has renewed its Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation and are in the process of going live with ‘Cybesafe’ which offers a series of interactive training modules and a mock phishing tool to support awareness of cybersecurity.”
