Following postponement earlier this year due to poor weather, the Rowlinsons Skydive in aid of our Charity Partner The Osborne Trust will now take place on Wednesday 21st August
Minnie Alam, Cerys Terry, and Laura Smith will be reaching an altitude of 15,000 ft before they take the leap of faith!
The Osborne Trust was set up by Emma Osborne when she was diagnosed with cancer aged 36 and found that the support for her two young children was lacking so, she now provides support for young people whose parents/guardians have a cancer diagnosis.
Unfortunately, Emma has recently been diagnosed with cancer again, the same as her previous diagnosis 11 years ago.
She remains dedicated to the charity, which has already helped 3900 children and is hoping to raise additional funds for a Mac Book Pro, to mirror her office Mac and allow her to continue to work on days she needs to rest.
Emma commented:
“The Trust cannot and will not stop whilst I go through cancer again. The kids need us, I see that every day.”
