We have partnered with Source of Funds experts Armalytix to make our client processes more simple and effective.
Armalytix is an FCA regulated data intelligence firm that works with some of the biggest and best law firms in the UK to allow consumers to safely share data via Open Banking to deliver financial insights. This helps firms conduct faster and more effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud and financial risk checks.
Crucial to our new partnership is the ability to embed Armalytix into our market-leading App, powered by inCase. This will allow us to enhance our digital relationship with our clients whilst reducing the amount of friction for them when supplying their financial information. The importance of such an intuitive and easy experience for clients should not be underestimated, as downloading, collecting, or screenshotting bank statements and providing such evidence is often not enjoyable.
Rowlinsons clients will also be able to call upon the Armalytix support team with Live Chat answered by real people, ensuring clients can get through the digital journey quickly and effectively.
Tom Parkinson, Director at Rowlinsons commented:
“We are delighted to be partnering with Armalytix as our new provider of Source of Funds technology within our inCase platform.
Armalytix is a great match for us as they are an extremely well-respected business and their integration with our current IT platforms will ensure that our clients are able to easily, quickly and safely provide us with what we require digitally in respect of our AML due diligence, whilst providing our lawyers with confidence that they have the correct, authenticated information.”
Tom Lyes, Head of Legal and Property at Armalytix, stated:
“We’re massively excited to be partnering with Tom and the rest of the team at Rowlinsons. We focus around creating excellent digital experiences and after some really engaging training sessions delivered by our Head of Customer Success Sheryl Hodgson, I can’t wait to see the results for them over the coming months. A huge thank you also to the Team at inCase for their support with this project.”
