We are very pleased to offer our congratulations to Laura Briscoe of our Residential Property Department on qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
To qualify Laura had to complete the Level 4 and Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. As well as passing exams she also had to demonstrate a minimum of 1200 hours practical experience of Property Law.
Licensed Conveyancers are qualified, professional property lawyers who specialise in the legal aspects surrounding buying and selling property in England and Wales. The qualification is awarded by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) who have regulated licensed conveyancers for over 25 years.
Laura who joined Rowlinsons in 2015 and deals with a range of freehold and leasehold matters including new build plot sales commented:
“I’m delighted to have qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer. Though I’ve worked in residential property for over 15 years to now have a recognised, formal qualification to my name is amazing. I would like to thank the management team and my colleagues at Rowlinsons for their support.”
