Richard joined Rowlinsons in June 2024 as HR and Practice Manager.
Having completed a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, he took a keen interest in Human Resource Management. Since then, Richard has gained over 20 years’ experience working across HR matters including recruitment, training, employee relations, staff management and employment consultancy.
He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, achieving the Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development, and a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
In his spare time he enjoys holidays with the family, learning to play the piano and is a board trustee of the local Scout Group.
