Sammy Woodward

Sammy Woodward joined Rowlinsons Solicitors in January 2025 in the role of Solicitor in our Property department.

Sammy has always had a passion for property law and has worked in conveyancing for over 10 years. She brings to Rowlinsons a wide knowledge of many residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, shared ownership, equity release and sale and purchase of new builds to name a few.

In previous roles, Sammy has held managerial responsibility for support staff and office management as well as helped to draft firm policies and procedures. She has also supported the development of junior members of her team and brings her commitment to share her knowledge and experience across our conveyancing team.

Sammy initially qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016 and whilst growing her network of clients and property matters, continued her studies and went on to gain her LPC and Masters, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018.

Sammy has gone from strength to strength throughout her career to date, providing accurate legal advice in a friendly and approachable manner. She loves to help clients and is keen to ensure the process for our clients is as efficient and effective as possible.

Outside of work, Sammy loves to travel and spend time with her ginger cat, Sid. She loves doing anything creative and has many hobbies such as drawing and painting.
